Setting Up Meetings in the Conference Room

  1. Log on to the computer under the Lab Meetings account

  2. Open Teams

  3. Download or open any materials needed for the meeting

    1. For the weekly BRIDGE meeting, download the entire folder named for the date of the meeting under the BRIDGE Lab/Lab Meeting channel's files, unzip the folder, and open any files to be shared during the meeting

    2. For the IAM meeting, open the IAM meeting minutes under the IAM/Meeting - Teams channel

  4. Join the meeting in Teams

  5. Turn on the TV and set it to share the computer's screen

    1. Connect to Input #3

  6. Share the TV screen

  7. Pull up any materials to be shared during the meeting onto the TV screen

  8. Ensure that the external microphone is set as the audio input by going to the meeting window, clicking "... More", and going to the audio settings. From here you can select audio inputs from a dropdown list.

  9. Record the meeting
