# Gross White Matter Estimation

This is a quick and dirty experimental pipeline conceived by Andrew Chen, Ryn Thorn, and Hunter Moss for quickly looking at diffusion metric means whole-brain gross white matter. It uses MD and MK thresholding to derive estimated WM.
